OVERVIEW: Steiger&Cie Estate Solutions partnered with Cardis|Sotheby's International Realty in 2016 to expand the real estate brokerage throughout the french speaking region of the Swiss Alps. With an office in Verbier and Zermatt Steiger&Cie opened a third office in Crans-Montana in 2018.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts - W Verbier

Verbier, Switzerland 2013 to 2015

PROJECT: Launch of the first international hotel chain in Verbier. First alpine destination for Starwood’s sub brand - W Hotels.   Mixed-use luxury hotel product including 123 rooms + suites. Hotel outlets include; spa,  5 x F&B concepts, conference and meeting facilities. Over 20.5 M generated in 1.3 years.

  • Lead the hotel positioning strategy with specific emphasis on target audience, competitive differentiation and value proposition, generating over 20.5 Million in 1.3 year

  • Collaborated with Global Public Relations team to generate over 82 million press impressions for W Verbier in 2014

  • Member of the executive committee with team management responsibility for one direct report and one indirect report

  • Developed & implemented marketing tactics (including event strategy) aiming to engage the local community and increase capture ratio from in-house guests

  • Delivered annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgets in line with the hotel strategic priorities and revenue target by market segments

  • Manage all marketing channels and communications for the Residences in collaboration with the Radisson branding guidelines hotel Executive teams

  • Collaborated with divisional PR firms, managed and hosted press visits, press trips
